MCCL works!Supporters make a huge difference
MCCL has always been a leader in promoting protective legislation at the capitol.; We have been successful because of our strong grassroots support. An important part of that support has been our members influence in electing lawmakers who support the pro-life view. PACs are about pooling resources so they can be focused and make a real difference on the issues important to its contributors. 2012 could be a turning point in our nation. The candidates you choose will determine the direction. It is often said that we are a divided nation and that is true in many ways You must understand the choices and issues we face as a nation and you must make a choice. The knowledge will not come from TV sound bites. It will not be enough to vote with your party. It will require you to look at issues more deeply and be certain of your knowledge You will need to know the candidates positions and require evidence that it is not just words. Only then can you make choices that we all will have to live with for years. |
Do you want to make a difference in Elections but don’t know how?Below are 25 ideas to get you started. Many of them can be done with minimal effort, but if all of MCCL’s members would do them, the impact would be immeasurable. Perhaps you can start with some of the I only have 5 minutes!; ideas. These are things that take very little time or that can be integrated into your daily life. Then you can move on to some of the (slightly) more time-consuming items. No matter what you do, if you do something, you will make a difference! I only have 5 minutes!
I have a little more than 5 minutes…
